Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons into Players Club and inform them of promotions and card benefits.
• Explain point reward system and gifts based on usage.
• Create Players Club cards by entering guest data into the system.
• Answer basic questions about gaming machines, table games, and events.
• Update patron information in casino management software as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
