Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support for our Dallas center. This role features 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with scheduling designed to fit your life and paid training to get you started.

You will greet donors, screen them, and record vitals, while performing phlebotomy to support center operations. You’ll use the Donor Information System to maintain charts and coordinate donor compensation, with evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Comfortable lifting up to 32 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vitals and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
