BioLife is hiring a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist in Great Falls, MT. You will greet donors, screen them, and assist with phlebotomy to support center operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long shifts, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided; compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, maintaining donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, coordinate donor compensation.
