Job summary

BioLife in West Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy support duties. You will greet donors, monitor safety, and record vital signs while using the Donor Information System to manage donor charts and compensation.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and prior customer or patient-facing experience is helpful. Training is provided in a paid program to start your journey with BioLife.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• 1+ years in customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
