Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Michigan is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit a busy life. You will support donor safety, screen donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to manage donor charts and compensation.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with standing/walking for the shift and some lifting. Competitive benefits and team environment offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; some tasks require glove wear.
• 1+ years of customer- or patient-facing work is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Support donors with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
