Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Spring, TX is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant to support center operations. This role focuses on donor safety, records, and patient-facing service.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. A high school diploma is required; prior customer-facing experience is helpful; expect a dependable schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to be on your feet for the shift and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
