Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety of donors and staff.
• Screen donors, take and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in center operations.
