Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and operate plasmapheresis equipment on a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and participate in a training program designed to prepare you for accurate donor screening and safe phlebotomy procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter donor information.
• Coordinate donors to donor floors and manage compensation via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
