Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to walk/stand for the entire shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; gloves worn for most tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Support donors across variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
