You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, and maintain plasmapheresis equipment. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Good hand-eye coordination and hearing equipment.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
