Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston is seeking a Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support center operations. You will welcome donors, perform screenings, and collect plasma while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with center procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
