Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and engage donors while ensuring safety and service quality.
• Screen donors, measure vital signs, and record results.
• Maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes following approved procedures.
• Be available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
