Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and donor screening experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-facing skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and manage donor flow on the floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis equipment per training.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage any reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis machines as trained.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal and cleanup.
