Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring for a truly part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist in Fond du Lac, WI. You will support center operations, screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure donor safety during scheduled shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to stand for long periods, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and part-time schedules offer flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and follow procedures.
• Work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
