Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our plasma center team in Mount Juliet, TN. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and support plasma center operations. The role requires customer-facing experience and an ability to stand during shifts, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens (glove wear).
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and plasmapheresis machine setup.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Enter donor data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate using the Debit Card system.
