Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Most shifts run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with scheduling flexibility and advance notice of changes. Training is provided as part of a paid program.

You will greet donors, screen and collect vitals, maintain donor records in the Donor Information System, and assist with center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment from distance.
• Majority of tasks involve glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors, record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
