Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
