Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer or patient‑facing experience is helpful.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
