Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and focus on donors, while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes using company procedures.
• Be available for donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and assist with phlebotomy to support center operations.
