Job summary

BioLife in Stockton, CA is seeking a part-time phlebotomy technician to support plasma operations and donor care. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure safety and quality throughout your shift.

You report to the Plasma Center Manager and contribute to a patient-centered operation that relies on reliability and precise record-keeping. The role offers 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training and opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand/walk during shifts.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Manual dexterity and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license or certification in California.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts, maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per procedures.
Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
