Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring for a truly part-time Plasma Donor Screener role in Bloomington, Indiana. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with a paid training program and flexible scheduling.

You will greet donors, screen new and returning donors, and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. Typical duties include answering phones, maintaining donor records, and coordinating donor compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and take/record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
