BioLife offers flexible part-time roles in Florida’s Largo plasma center. As a Plasma Donor Screener, you will assist donors, perform phlebotomy to support center operations, and report to the Plasma Center Manager. The role emphasizes patient service and safety.

You’ll answer phones, greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation. Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays, with a paid training program to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer- or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform donor screening and assist phlebotomy as needed.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
