Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy support. Shifts run 4–6 hours a day, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life.

Training is provided to start, and you’ll report to the Plasma Center Manager while helping donors and centers run smoothly. You will screen donors, record vital signs, and use the donor system while coordinating donor compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32–50 lbs.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
