Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors and ensure donor safety.

• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
