Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced Physician to join our clinical team on a part-time basis (at least 3 days per week) to provide primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics (or equivalent).
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of operation.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients per day, including long-term chronic care and acute issues.
• Manage annual wellness visits and H&Ps; review meds and orders; coordinate with specialists and facility staff.
