Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced physician to join our clinical team part-time at least 3 days per week, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families. You'll see roughly 16-25 patients a day, with morning rounds, chronic and acute care responsibilities, and coordination with facility staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified (BC) Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid, unrestricted physician license in the state of Illinois.
• Must be opted-in with Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage your own patient panel and build long-term relationships with patients and families.
• See roughly 16–25 patients per day, handling chronic and acute issues.
• Coordinate with collaborating specialists and facility staff to ensure seamless care.
