Job summary

Feather River Tribal Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy program clinician for Tuesday and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role focuses on implementing FRTH's in-house PT program for patients with mobility limitations, evaluating referrals, and developing plans of care in collaboration with providers.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, coordination with departments for billing, program development, patient education, and adherence to infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited physical therapy program.
• California physical therapy license or the ability to be licensed.
• Minimum of one year experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy.
• Develop plans of care with referring provider.
• Coordinate therapy plan with staff and other providers.
• Timely documentation in the clinical record.
• Assist with program/policy development for physical therapy.
• Assist with patient education improvements.
