Eastern Plumas Health Care District in Portola, CA is seeking a physical therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible workdays, with part-time or full-time options and mentoring from our experienced staff to support new grads. You will treat orthopedic, geriatric, and neurologic conditions, maintain charts in our EMR, and participate in interdisciplinary care with a rural hospital focus.
Qualifications
Licensed in California as a Physical Therapist.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to relate to patients, peers and supervisor.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and treatment sessions according to licensure and skills.
Maintain accurate treatment records and current progress notes.
Submit billing via EMR for each patient treated in accordance with policy.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time physical therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Eastern Plums Health Care is a critical access rural hospital serving Plumas and Sierra Counties. Surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains with beautiful lakes and trails for hiking, biking, fishing and skiing, this rehab department is thriving and wants a highly motivated and skilled PT to provide excellent care to our community. New grads are welcome. There is mentoring provided by our rehab team. This position is primarily outpatient treating a mix of orthopedic, geriatric, and neurologic diagnoses. Workdays and hours are flexible with preference for a consistent part-time or full-time schedule.
