Job summary

Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages within the KTHFS clinic network. This exempt, regular position offers 0.5 to 1.0 FTE and includes full benefits.

You will work under the Medical Director, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, document in the EHR, and participate in program improvement and community outreach to promote mobility and health in the Klamath Tribes service

Qualifications

• DPT degree from CAPTE-accredited program or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct PT experience.
• Active license or ability to obtain Oregon licensure before start date.
• Passed NPTA examination (NPTE).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and primary providers.
• Document care in electronic health records in a timely, accurate manner.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
• Participate in program evaluation, quality assurance, and community outreach.
