Takeda is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Greensboro, NC to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors, and operate plasmapheresis equipment as part of a collaborative team. Training is provided to ensure high-quality patient care.

Hours are evenings, weekends, and holidays with a focus on reliability and safety. This role includes glove protection and regimen adaptation to support plasma collection services and continuous improvement

Formación

• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable with physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors entering and leaving the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal of materials.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvements (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen).
