Job summary

Takeda, in Temecula, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will work with donors, perform screenings, and assist in center operations in a patient-facing role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety and smooth operations.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Support center process improvements following approved procedures.
