Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Part Time Phlebotomist for our facility at 17450 Main St. Ste C, Hesperia, CA 92345. You will perform blood collections for all ages, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accurate patient data entry while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires CA phlebotomy licensure, high school diploma, and prior phlebotomy experience. Flexible to travel to other sites as needed; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 3 months or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
