Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support role designed for flexible, customer-facing individuals. You will assist donors, perform essential screening, and contribute to center operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and a comprehensive benefits program is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work expected.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs, occasional 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and distance hearing ability.
• 90% of tasks require glove use due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts, maintain records, coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
