Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties at our Orlando center. You will welcome donors, conduct screening, collect plasma, and maintain accurate records in our information system.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. We value reliability and customer service, plus flexibility to accommodate fluctuating donor flows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, customer-facing experience helpful.
• Strong communication and empathy for donors; reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify center-process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
