Qualifications

• Ability to screen donors, record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Proficiency with donor information systems and chart preparation.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support center operations.
• Work various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
