Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and implement changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
