BioLife Plasma Services in Pomona, CA is seeking a part-time phlebotomy technician to screen donors and perform phlebotomy as part of our plasma center operations. The role emphasizes customer service, donor safety, and accurate record-keeping within our Donor Information System.

The position requires current CA CPT1/CPT2, CLS, or MLT licensure, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role helpful.
• Current CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license in CA or state of assignment.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Support center operations and participate in a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
