Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with bloodborne pathogens and PPE requirements.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety and experience.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center operations and identify process improvements.
