Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Stockton, CA, is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy role. You will greet donors, screen them, and assist with phlebotomy to keep plasma center operations running smoothly.

The position requires a high school diploma, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and certification/licensure in CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT as applicable by state. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer- or patient-facing role.
• Current license/certification in CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT required in state of duties.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support plasma center operations with phlebotomy duties.
• Adapt to various shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
