BioLife is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in Chesapeake, VA. Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. Paid, interactive training is included to help you start strong.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, and assist with plasmapheresis equipment. You’ll support center operations, stock supplies, and enter donor information, while delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand/walk for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays; gloves required for safety.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Mansioni

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Enter donor information into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate using Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
