BioLife is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to greet donors, perform venipuncture, and assist with plasmapheresis operations. The role includes a paid training program and a flexible schedule, fitting 3+ days per week with 4–6 hour shifts.

Responsibilities include donor screening, monitoring during donation, and ensuring proper setup and troubleshooting of equipment. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand or walk for entire shift.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; glove use required.
• Experience in customer facing roles is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
