BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part‑time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support role. You will meet donors, screen them, collect information, and support center operations with precise record keeping.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with paid training and opportunities to contribute to a life‑changing plasma supply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• 90% of tasks involve glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate changes to center processes per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
