Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a true part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy team member to support our center operations with a strong focus on donor safety and service.

You will greet donors, collect vital signs, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with the Plasma Center Manager. Training is paid and the role offers flexible hours to fit your life and help patients receive life-changing plasma-derived medicines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements.
• Cover shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
