Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Green Bay is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy helper to support plasma center operations. You will handle donor screening, vital signs, and donor documentation while delivering quality customer service.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week. Training is provided, and you’ll contribute to a patient-centered, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
