Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.
• 1 year of experience may be substituted by formal phlebotomy training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for all ages.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity point-of-care testing.
• Assist Lead Phlebotomist with specimen procurement and processing management.
• Handle patient reception, test accessioning, and reporting of results.
