Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Muncie, Indiana is seeking a responsible part‑time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy assistant to support daily operations. You will engage with donors, perform screenings and vital signs, and help maintain donor charts within a safety‑driven environment.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, using the Donor Information System to document records and coordinate donor compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
• Lift up to 5 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 32 lbs.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove wear.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify process improvements.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
