Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or CMA certification.
• Familiar with EMR systems and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections per age-related standards and policies.
• Operates order entry and verification in multiple systems.
• Maintains specimen integrity and proper labeling.
• Ensures patient safety and uses AIDET model for communication.
• Performs clerical duties including filing, inventory, and data entry.
