Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification through a nationally recognized org or training; CMA acceptable.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture per protocol and age-related standards.
• Enter orders and verify test results in multiple systems.
• Process and prepare specimens for transport following SOPs.
• Maintain patient communication and post-venipuncture care.
• Adhere to safety, biohazard, and waste procedures.
