Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or CMA certification or one year of phlebotomy experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and other lab specimen collections per age-related standards and policies.
• Demonstrates patient communication models and ensures post-phlebotomy patient care.
• Enter accurate lab orders and verify test results in multiple systems.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper biohazard waste handling.
• Perform clerical duties related to lab operations and supply inventory management.
