Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or training, or CMA experience.
• Experience with patient interactions and specimen processing.

Responsibilities

• Performs phlebotomy and lab specimen collections according to policies.
• Enter orders and verify test results in electronic systems.
• Communicate with patients and clinical staff to ensure accurate specimens.
• Maintain safety, waste handling, and proper specimen labeling.
• Assist with clerical duties and supply inventory as needed.
• Adhere to Continuing Education and competency assessment requirements.
